At I Love My Case, we take pride in crafting phone cases that are stylish, durable, and built to last. That’s why we stand behind every product with our Lifetime Warranty—our promise to you that your case is covered for the life of your device.
What’s Covered:
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues, including:
• Button malfunctions
• Peeling designs or logos
• Cracks or breaks that occur under normal use
• Adhesive or magnetic failures (for applicable models)
If your case fails due to any of the above, we’ll replace it—no questions asked.
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage (drops, water damage, etc.)
• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration)
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Lost or stolen items
• Issues caused by improper installation or use with incompatible devices
How to Make a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement case at no additional cost.
Note: In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item for quality control purposes.
Limitations:
• Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Limited to one replacement per product (unless otherwise approved).
• Coverage applies only to purchases made directly from ilovemycase.com or authorized retailers.
